В Telegram mini-application launched NFT— MRKT marketplace, which will allow you to buy, sell and exchange non-fungible tokens directly in messenger chats.
The marketplace was created by an anonymous developer who calls himself TylerDurden. He said the goal of his project is to provide users with Telegram the ability to own digital assets.
I am a developer for Telegram and digital artist. I started experimenting with bots Telegram, mini-applications and NFT back in 2021, and now has launched the MRKT project. It uses mechanics partially based on the blockchain, which provides a faster and more flexible user interface in Telegram, he said in an interview with The Block.
MRKT also supports TON payments, auctions, multi-item listings, rarity filters, and direct integration with the TON wallet. All of this is aimed at making reselling faster and more convenient, TylerDurden added.
The launch came just days after Telegram presented its official gift marketplace, which allows you to instantly buy and sell gifts in the messenger. These gifts are NFT on the TON blockchain.
